The original technique of Mr UMar D Khan is about the revision surgery to correct bottoming down of breast implant following Subglandular augmentation mammoplasty. Multilayer capsuloraphy is performed and subglandular pocket is changed to Muscle Splitting Biplane. The change of pocket supports breast envelpe in its upper part and improves aesthetic results. Muscle splitting pocket has the added advantage of natural results with no dynamic or animation deformity of the breast.
